Brookville Elementary School Principal

     My name is Shawn Thomas and I am the principal at Brookville Elementary.  I am so blessed to be able to work in a community and school district that values education and wants what is best for students.  I get to work in a district and community that believes teamwork and being a lifelong learner are important. Our staff is dedicated to meeting the individual needs of all of our students. The staff believes in the power of a collaborative team to create a positive impact on our students' learning. We want our students to feel supported and encouraged to take risks to become the best they can be through the educational endeavors at Brookville Elementary. Thank you for entrusting your child to our district’s care.

     On a personal note, I have 3 children named Seth, Shaye, and Justus.  Seth and Shaye are twins and they are 27 years old. Justus is a sophomore at Miami University. I have a son-in-law named Grady Garno and a grandson named Dax.  I love spending time with him and reading to him. I am so honored to be a Brookville Blue Devil. The Brookville School district is known for its wonderful education and community support.  I continue to look forward to guiding the Brookville students in becoming lifelong learners and productive citizens.
